Which payment methods does WECHA support?+

WECHA currently supports COD payment — meaning you pay when you receive your order. This is a safe and popular method: you only pay once the order has reached you.

Online payment methods such as VNPay, MoMo, and bank transfer are being finalized and we will announce them once they are ready.

How does COD payment work?+

With COD (cash on delivery), you do not need to pay before ordering. After your order is placed successfully, the delivery provider will bring the products to the address you provided.

When you receive the order, you inspect the products and then pay the delivery person directly. Please prepare the exact amount of your order so that the handover goes smoothly.

What are the shipping fees and how long does delivery take?+

Under the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights, WECHA supports exchanges and returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order for products that are defective, damaged, do not match the order placed, or fail to meet quality standards. Please keep the product together with its packaging and contact us as soon as you notice an issue.

Because tea is a food product, to ensure food safety and hygiene, items that have been opened, used, or damaged due to improper storage may not be eligible for exchange or return, unless the fault lies with WECHA. Where do I register to buy wholesale or become a distributor?+

If you would like to buy in large quantities, become a distributor, or learn about exporting, please leave your information on the Distributor page or the Export page on the website. The WECHA team will contact you to provide advice and a quote based on your needs.

How do I brew WECHA tea, basically?+

The basic method: use boiled water to brew the tea, add an amount of tea that suits your taste, steep for a few minutes, and then enjoy. The hotter the water and the longer the steeping time, the stronger the flavor of the tea.

Each tea line may have its own brewing instructions to preserve the full flavor. We recommend referring to the information on the product packaging or contacting WECHA for advice on how to brew each specific type of tea.

How should I store tea to keep it fresh for a long time?+

Tea should be stored in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and away from areas with high humidity. After opening the packaging, you should seal it tightly or place the tea in a lidded container so it does not absorb moisture and lose its aroma.

Avoid keeping tea near strongly scented foods, as tea easily absorbs odors. Proper storage helps preserve the flavor and quality of the tea for longer.

How does WECHA collect and use my personal data?+

When you register as a member, place a COD order, fill in a consultation/distributor/export form, or message us through the chat box, WECHA collects your full name, phone number, email, and delivery address. This information is used to process and deliver orders, to contact you for advice and customer care, to look after members, and for marketing purposes only when you have given your consent.

Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection, you have the following rights regarding your data: the right to be informed, the right to access and view your data, the right to request correction, the right to request deletion, the right to withdraw consent, the right to restrict or object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint.
