These terms apply to all users, including guest visitors and registered members.

WECHA reserves the right to update, amend, or supplement the Terms of Use at any time. New content takes effect as soon as it is posted on the website. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To use the full range of features (placing orders, tracking orders, receiving member offers), you need to register an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, email, and delivery address.

You are responsible for keeping your username and password secure. Please do not share your login details with any third party and do not share an account with others.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you discover that your account has been accessed without authorization or shows signs of being compromised, please change your password immediately and notify WECHA via the hotline 0777 722 777 or email dpo@wecha.vn for assistance.

WECHA reserves the right to temporarily suspend or terminate an account if it detects a breach of the terms, fraud, or harm to the system and other users.

You place an order by selecting products, adding them to your cart, and completing the steps as instructed on the website. Please carefully check the product details, quantity, price, and delivery address before confirming.

Your order is an offer to purchase. A sales contract is only formed once WECHA confirms the order (via the website, email, or telephone).

WECHA reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases such as: out-of-stock products, inaccurate order information, suspected fraud, or errors in the displayed price or product information. If an order that has already been paid for is cancelled, WECHA will contact you to issue a refund in accordance with the applicable rules.

WECHA staff may contact you via the phone number you provided to confirm the order before delivery.

Product prices displayed on the website are in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and include value-added tax as required (where applicable). WECHA strives to ensure that prices are always accurate; however, if a pricing error is found, WECHA will notify you and you have the right to proceed with or cancel the order.

WECHA currently applies the COD (cash on delivery) payment method: you pay the delivery provider directly upon receiving the full order. Other payment methods such as VNPay, MoMo, and bank transfer are being finalized and will be announced when available.

Shipping fees, delivery times, and any related costs (if any) will be specified by WECHA when you place an order or when you contact the hotline 0777 722 777.

Please prepare the exact amount corresponding to the value of your order to pay the delivery provider.

Because WECHA's products are food and beverages, returns are applied in accordance with food safety and hygiene requirements. WECHA supports returns within 30 days for eligible cases such as: defective, damaged, or expired products, products delivered incorrectly, or quantities that do not match the order.

Details on the conditions, process, and timeframe for returns are set out in the Return Policy published on the website. By placing an order, you also agree to this Return Policy.

WECHA respects and safeguards your rights under Vietnam's consumer protection laws. All complaints will be received and handled in accordance with the law.

In the course of providing services, WECHA collects and processes certain personal data such as your full name, phone number, email, and delivery address, for the purposes of processing and delivering orders, contacting you for consultation and customer care, member care, and carrying out marketing activities (only with your consent).

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with WECHA's Privacy Policy and in compliance with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on the protection of personal data. You have the rights of a data subject as provided by law, including the right to be informed, the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restrict and object to processing, the right to withdraw consent, and the right to complain.

All content on the WECHA website — including the logo, brand, product images, descriptive text, interface design, layout, and other materials — is owned by VUA AN TOAN CO., LTD or used lawfully, and is protected under Vietnam's intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or use any content of the website for other purposes without WECHA's written consent.

You are permitted to view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these terms.

WECHA strives to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and that the website operates reliably, but does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or entirely free of technical errors.

WECHA is not liable for damages arising from your improper use of the website, from internet connection issues, from your devices, or from other objective factors beyond WECHA's reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, WECHA's liability in connection with an order is limited to the value of that order. This provision does not exclude or limit any liabilities that are mandatory under Vietnamese law, including consumer protection law and food safety law.

When using the website, you must not engage in the following conduct: providing false information or impersonating others; using the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

You must not interfere with, sabotage, or attack the system; you must not use malware, bots, or automated tools to harvest data or overload the website.

You must not copy or make unauthorized use of WECHA's content and intellectual property; you must not post content that violates public morals, or that insults or harms WECHA and other users.

WECHA reserves the right to suspend accounts, refuse service, and take legal measures against violations.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Any dispute arising during the use of the website or in connection with sales transactions will be resolved first through good-faith negotiation and mediation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be brought before the competent authority for resolution in accordance with Vietnamese law.
